PAYMENT OPTIONS
Self-Pay — Online prices reflect payment due at time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, checks and cash.
Health Savings Account (HSA) / Flex Spending Account (FSA) — Refer to your plan for specific Acupuncture benefits and limitations.
In-Network Medical Insurance — Please contact your Medical Insurance provider for 'Acupuncture-specific' benefits, including co-insurance or co-pays, number of visits allowed per year, and any plan limitations. If you qualify, we will bill your provider.
Out-of-Network Medical Insurance — Please contact your Medical Insurance provider for out-of-network 'Acupuncture-specific' benefits, reimbursement options, and limitations. After payment is received in full at time of service, we will provide you with a paid receipt to submit to your provider for reimbursement.
